This tea is a great blend of relaxation, this is my favorite evening, or morning tea. Whatever the weather North Coast nights is my go to bedtime tea- not a real strong tea unless you let it steep too long, big hint of lavender which I love!
I love this herbal tea!
I started drinking this tea about 2 years ago when i needed to add something else to my diet. It was the last thing I needed to complete my healthy lifestyle changes. This tea tastes great hot or cold & I drink a cup every night.
I was not a tea drinker prior to the tea lab. I would have told you I hated drinking tea and now I enjoy it. There is something amazingly awesome about the loose leaf tea that this local business puts together.
