Our stem ginger shortbread is made using the same baking technique created by founder, Joseph Walker, over 120 years ago.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (milk) (24%), crystallized stem ginger (17%) (stem ginger, sugar), sugar, ground ginger, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate.
Allergens: Wheat, milk. May also contain nuts. Suitable for vegetarians and certified Kosher OUD. Store in a cool dry place.
