We created a tea for nursing parents. We named it after Rumina, the Roman goddess who protected breastfeeding mothers. In addition to being beneficial, it tastes great. This beneficial blend features Fenugreek & Blessed Thistle, combined with apple, orange, lemon, and cinnamon, to make a beverage reminiscent of mulled apple cider. Caffeine-free!
